Top 3 Fave Lipglosses

What's a girl without her lip gloss? Lip gloss is like our staple go to item when it comes to prepping the face. However, depending on which one you use lip gloss can either be a STAPLE STELLAR or an EPIC FAIL. Check out my all time 3 fave glosses.

$10.00 @ Sephora

Sephora's glosses are my absolute FAVE FAVE FAVE. It doesn't cake up and leave white residue like most glosses and this one gives you the absolute perfect pink nude lip.

$2.99 @ local beauty supply store

NYX also makes a great line of glosses. I like that they are kind of thick and stay on for a really longtime so your not touching up as much. I hate applying gloss and its gone after 5 minutes NYX glosses do the opposite.

$5.49 @ Target

Lancome glosses smell absolutely amazing AND leave your lips really shiny!

Date Series: Lunch Date

Lunch dates are always super fun whether its with your girls or out to eat with your boo ;) Dates like these can be casual or dressy here's a few of my tips to fit the part.

1. With lunch dates it's okay to go with high heels/platforms or really STELLAR sandals. I wouldn't recommend wearing sandals to a dinner date.

2. Wear something casual like a nautical striped tank paired with a wide leg linen pant and heels. Comfortable yet STELLAR is what you should be going for.

3. Sundresses/Maxi's always look pretty STELLAR for lunch dates, pair with sandals or wedges and a pair of really nice shades.

4. You can also come really casual wearing jeans BUT make sure you have on a heel/platform and your shirt is very feminine. The feminine top will dress up the jeans a little more.

5. Smile, know you look FAB and enjoy yourself (most important tip)

Oil Stains

Ladies spilling food and juice on your clothes is bound to happen at least once in your lifetime, but what if you spilled oil on a dress or shirt that was your absolute fave and because you don't know how to treat the stain you never wear that top of yours again. THAT SUCKS! Well...here are a few tips on how to treat an oil stain on clothing.

1. As soon as you get the grease or oil stain its VERY important to treat it. The quicker the stain gets attention the better the outcome.

2. Apply an absorbent like cornstarch, baby powder, salt or talcum powder and let it sit on the oil stain for 1 to 2 mins then brush it off.

3. You can try using dish detergent that specializes in grease removal like DAWN. Apply a few drops to the stain. Let it sit on top of the clothing item for a few minutes then take a paper towel and blot, blot. blot the stain. Then wash the garment as you regularly would.
